Delivery Manager

If the biggest satisfaction you get doesn't come from delivering your own projects, but from knowing that your decisions help the entire team perform better - there's a good chance we're looking for you.

This role combines two worlds.

You'll lead key client projects while also becoming one of key shapers of Delivery evolution at ambiscale: how we plan projects, set priorities, respond to risks, grow our team, and build an organization that delivers high-quality work in a predictable way.

You'll work directly with our CEO, Chief Growth Officer, and Tech Lead, not as someone executing decisions, but as someone helping make them.

Who we are

Hi! We're ambiscale.

We build end-to-end web and e-commerce solutions: from custom digital products, optimization, and DevOps/FinOps, to long-term support and maintenance.

We work with brands such as Żabka, Biedronka, Brand24, and OLX.

We care about building software in a thoughtful way. Our projects are diverse, our team is experienced and genuinely supportive.

What you'll be responsible for

  • co-creating the way our Delivery team works, working with CEO, Chief Growth Officer and Tech Lead,
  • optimizing and automating Delivery processes using modern tools and AI, reducing repetitive administrative work and giving the team more time to focus on delivering real value,
  • ensuring quality, profitability, and predictability across our entire project portfolio,
  • making decisions about priorities, project direction, and team allocation (capacity planning) in a dynamic agency environment, balancing efficient resource utilization with sustainable workloads,
  • identifying risks before they become problems for clients or the team,
  • supporting Project Managers on more challenging projects and helping them make sound decisions,
  • independently leading selected client projects,
  • continuously improving the way we plan, execute, and deliver projects,
  • working closely with the Sales team when planning new projects and assessing Delivery feasibility.

We're looking for someone who

  • has at least 4 years of experience leading complex IT projects and thrives in an environment where multiple projects run simultaneously,
  • has worked across different industries and knows how to transfer good ideas and practices between teams and clients,
  • understands the lifecycle of modern web projects (you don't need to write code, but you should understand the difference between a traditional CMS implementation and a headless architecture, and know how those differences affect planning, risk assessment, and collaboration with engineering teams),
  • has hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Agile) and project management tools (Jira, Linear, Asana),
  • understands how AI and automation can improve Delivery and has experience implementing solutions that reduce manual work (e.g. reporting, ticket management, estimations, or similar workflows),
  • naturally thinks beyond individual projects and considers the bigger picture across the entire portfolio,
  • makes decisions with quality, profitability, and long-term impact in mind,
  • enjoys supporting other Project Managers and creating an environment where the whole team can perform at its best,
  • communicates confidently with both clients and technical teams,
  • communicates clearly and transparently in both Polish and English,
  • doesn't wait for problems to grow - they spot them early and take ownership of solving them.

What we offer

  • direct collaboration with the CEO and a real opportunity to shape how ambiscale delivers projects and develops its Delivery team organization,
  • involvement in key decisions affecting projects, the team, and the company's future,
  • the opportunity to lead strategic projects for internationally recognized brands,
  • collaboration with experienced specialists across Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, SEO, Data Engineering, and AI,
  • a high level of autonomy and trust in your decisions,
  • support in building your personal brand through conferences, publications, and LinkedIn,
  • a thoughtful onboarding process designed to help you become effective quickly,
  • a modern office in the heart of Wrocław (pet-friendly, with a large terrace you'll actually want to work from),
  • one remote workday per week,
  • salary adjusted to your skills and experience, between 14 000 – 17 000 PLN net (B2B) per month.

If you enjoy taking ownership, making meaningful decisions, and building things that have a lasting impact, there's a good chance we're looking for you.

Send us your CV or LinkedIn profile.
We can’t wait to get to know you!
